Job Details:
* Must possess skills to act as attendant in charge of ground transport team, providing ALS & BLS care to patients requiring transport both on and off the Carilion campus.
* High school graduate or equivalent and successful completion of approved paramedic program, AD preferred.
* At least one year active experience as a Cardiac or at paramedic level and one year experience at skill level required.
* Good interpersonal skills a must.
* Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) essential. Must be able to handle high stress situations.
* NREMTP, Virginia Paramedic Certificate, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS, or BTLS, and CPR required.
* Must have EVOC and State and National Registry Certifications.
Hours: WEEKDAYS NIGHT SHIFT 11PM-7AM
