Fire & Rescue Department. Candidate must have current Virginia certification as an Emergency Medical Technician – Intermediate Paramedic or Emergency Medical Technician – Paramedic. Certification as Firefighter II, Hazmat Awareness and Operations, Emergency Vehicle Operators Course Level II (EVOC), and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation. Training and certification in various Tactical/Specialized Rescue desired. High school graduate or GED and valid Virginia driver’s license are required. Candidate must meet all Departmental, City and State requirements for position.

Training and certification in various Tactical/Specialized Rescue desired. High school graduate or GED and valid Virginia driver’s license are required.
